Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC (referred to herein as “Dr. Kyrstin Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a professional coaching practice founded and operated by Dr. Kyrstin A. Lokkesmoe, PhD, LPC. Dr. Kyrstin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 20 years of experience in mental health, leadership development, and executive coaching. Dr. Kyrstin Coaching serves mainly 3 types of clients: ● high-achieving executives, business owners, and professionals who are seeking transformational growth, deeper self-awareness, and lasting inner clarity. ● people who are suffering or have suffered from domestic abuse, specifically covert narcissistic abuse. ● young adults who are learning self-regulation, leadership skills, and who are in transition in school or career. Our services are distinct from psychotherapy and clinical mental health treatment, as further described below.

Nothing on this website constitutes the formation of a coaching or therapeutic relationship.
IMPORTANT: The services provided through Dr. Kyrstin Coaching are coaching services, not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Although Dr. Kyrstin A. Lokkesmoe holds a PhD and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia, she functions in a coaching capacity when providing services through this practice. Coaching is designed for objectively healthy individuals seeking personal and professional growth, goal achievement, and enhanced performance. It does not involve diagnosing, treating, or managing mental health conditions or psychological disorders. If at any time Dr. Kyrstin determines that a client would benefit from psychotherapy or other clinical mental health services, she may refer the client to appropriate resources, in addition to or in lieu of continued coaching. Use of this website and participation in coaching services is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Dr. Kyrstin Coaching does not knowingly collect information from or provide services to minors.

8.1 Fees Fees for coaching services, programs, and digital products are set forth on the applicable service pages or in your individual Coaching Agreement. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Dr. Kyrstin Coaching reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to the Site or issuance of a new agreement.
8.2 Payment Payment for services is due in advance of each session or program, as outlined in your Coaching Agreement. Accepted payment methods include major debit or credit cards through Square and any other methods specified at the time of purchase. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.
8.3 Refund Policy Due to the nature of personalized coaching services and digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds for individual sessions will not be issued except at the sole discretion of Dr. Kyrstin Coaching. For multi-session programs or packages, refunds for unused sessions may be considered if a written request is submitted within 7 days of the applicable session or purchase. No refunds will be issued for digital products, downloadable content, or completed sessions.
8.4 Cancellations Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Dr. Kyrstin Coaching is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all client communications. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Dr. Kyrstin upholds ethical and legal standards of confidentiality in all coaching relationships. Information shared during coaching sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law, including mandatory reporting obligations related to abuse, neglect, or imminent danger to self or others or a court order. Dr. Kyrstin Coaching may display testimonials, success stories, or feedback provided by clients on this website or in marketing materials. By providing a testimonial or review, you grant Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with promoting our services, in any media format. 11.1 No Guarantee of Results Coaching results are not guaranteed. While many clients of Dr. Kyrstin Coaching experience meaningful growth and positive outcomes, Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the specific results any individual client may achieve. Results depend on the client’s own intentions, effort, and circumstances.
