Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Dr. Kyrstin Coaching website and any services offered through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. About Dr. Kyrstin Coaching

Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC (referred to herein as “Dr. Kyrstin Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a professional coaching practice founded and operated by Dr. Kyrstin A. Lokkesmoe, PhD, LPC. Dr. Kyrstin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 20 years of experience in mental health, leadership development, and executive coaching.

Dr. Kyrstin Coaching serves mainly 3 types of clients:

• High-achieving executives, business owners, and professionals who are seeking transformational growth, deeper self-awareness, and lasting inner clarity.
• People navigating or seeking to understand the effects of domestic abuse, including covert narcissistic abuse.
• Young adults who are learning self-regulation, leadership skills, and who are in transition in school or career.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website (the “Site”) or any of its associated services, content, or features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

• Individual Coaching (in-person and telecoaching)

• Consulting for Organizations and Businesses

4. Coaching is Not Psychotherapy

IMPORTANT: The services provided through Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC are coaching services, not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Although Dr. Kyrstin A. Lokkesmoe holds a PhD and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Georgia, she functions in a coaching capacity when providing services through this practice.

Coaching is designed for individuals seeking personal and professional growth, goal achievement, and enhanced performance. It does not involve diagnosing, treating, or managing mental health conditions or psychological disorders. Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or other clinical services.

5. Eligibility

Use of this website and participation in coaching services is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

6. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any content from this Site without express written permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, coaching frameworks, worksheets, course materials, and the overall design and compilation of the Site, is the exclusive property of Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The name “Dr. Kyrstin,” “Dr. Kyrstin Coaching,” the sunflower logo, and the tagline “Stand tall and face the sun” are proprietary marks of Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

8. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

8.1 Fees & Payment

Fees for coaching services, programs, and digital products are set forth on the applicable service pages or in your individual Coaching Agreement. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment for services is due in advance of each session or program.

8.2 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personalized coaching services and digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds for individual sessions will not be issued except at the sole discretion of Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC. No refunds will be issued for digital products, downloadable content, or completed sessions.

8.3 Cancellations

Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

9. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Dr. Kyrstin Coaching, LLC. These messages may include appointment and session reminders, program and schedule updates, and — only if you separately opt in to marketing messages — occasional promotional content.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• Mobile opt-in information and text messaging consent will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
